Situated in the classic Mechanics Institute Building in Footscray on level 1. A stone's throw from Footscray station, there is plenty of parking available also. We are a fashion design business and already share with a graphic designer, any business or creative welcome to share this wonderful bright space. It's a friendly, welcoming environment with only 3 people currently there.

The Peacock Room

One of our corner studio spaces, The Peacock Room is available for short term or long term lease. There is heating and AC in the room with super high ceilings. We share a kitchenette with coffee and tea supplied plus a large meeting table in the common area free for use. Includes wifi and 24 hour access.

You're welcome to use the desks featured in the image if you need. Otherwise we are happy to clear the room out for you for longer agreements. Lease terms are flexible. Please contact me for more information and to arrange a visit.

Also available for hot desking, minimum 2 hours.

The Common Room

This room is Ideal for your next workshop, sales meet or group catch up. There are plenty of shelves to display product and the space can be arranged as required for your next event. There is a kitchenette (no stove, small sink with cold water and a bar fridge) just adjacent to the workshop area and shared toilets down the hall.

A cleaning fee is included in the price however all rubbish must be taken down to the large bins, the room is to be left tidy. Day rate allows access from 9am to 5pm, additional hours charges accordingly. We look forward to your enquiry, please come and check out the space.
